Our Motobucks 100% buyer guarantee applies to every vehicle on our site, and there’s no extra fee to be covered. It’s happens automatically when you bid and covers all of your buyer fees*. This guarantee applies if a seller does not respond to schedule a pickup, has already sold the vehicle, or you decide not to purchase the vehicle because it was not as described. Follow these steps to get your refund.
1. Contact Your Seller
Reach out to your seller and try to arrange pick up of the vehicle. Remember that some sellers are going to be at work or taking care of life situations.
2. Contact Motobucks
If the seller does not respond within 24 hours to schedule the pickup or you arrive and the vehicle is not as described, contact us. We will attempt to contact the seller on your behalf and try to resolve the issue.
3. We'll refund your buyer fee. Fast.
If contact cannot be made with the seller to arrange pickup or we find that the vehicle was not as described upon pickup we will start to process your refund within 48 hours of your request.
*Buyers are responsible to inspect the vehicle upon pickup and all sales between buyer and seller are considered final. Buyers fees are not refundable if the vehicle is purchased.
