This vehicle was donated to the Nevada paralyzed veterans and will be sold through the Motobucks public online auction on Saturday 9/23/23 at ABOUT 4 PM, to the highest bidder, visit Motobucks.com for bidding information. Visit npvaauto.com to see our other inventory, we post new vehicles as they come in.
NOTE: Since we began using the auction we have been selling our vehicles with no reserve but occasionally prices have not risen enough to cover our expenses on some vehicles so now we will be setting reserves based on our investment in repairs, blue book pricing and our past selling experience, but the reserves will be on set low end of the price we hope to get, we just need to ensure our expenses are met and we make a little money. Lately, most of our vehicles have been purchased by car dealers who are reselling them to the public, and we just need to get better pricing than what they are paying.
When this vehicle came in, it was not in running and driving condition. So far we have replaced the fuel, pressure, regulator, idle air control valve, EGR, alternator, Throttle cable, Fuel pump and catalytic converter. The truck ran well on starter fluid when it first came in so we decided to fix it up plus the donor stated that the truck has original mileage of 95K and that he rebuilt the transmission so we figured it was worth putting some money into. Please know we cannot confirm the mileage because the odometer does not have a space for 100k miles.
The body is good. It has some dents, dings and scratches here and there but overall it’s pretty good. It is a repaint.
Air is cold. We should have a Smog in the next couple of days and will post a picture of the Smog certificate.
The upholstery is what we call good, intact but old, some wear, And seems splits in the driver seat, maybe could stand a detail.
We used to leave repair receipts and service records in the vehicles, but a number of buyers got the donors personal information from those receipts and contacted our donors for additional information about the vehicle. Several angry donors then called us because they did not want that contact. So now we ask donors to remove Anything with their personal information on it prior to donating the vehicle, so we do not have service records or repair history.
Note, we update this post until the last day the auction if we find additional info, so please check back for updates.
